Hello again peeps!! So for my language arts we are assigned to do a poem based on a place in the outdoors that we enjoy.
So hope you enjoy the poem and get your imaginations ready for this ride!!.
The beauty of the sunshine as it falls in the sand.
The way the waves move makes me smile.
Children playing and splashing water makes me wanna go back to the old times.
Everything falls upon the water and the suns light.
As I lay on the smooth wet sand, it gives the feeling of a good day.
Everyone splashes water, plays, rests on the sand as the sun lays its light upon them.
“Cringes with an awkward face”😁
Sooooo hope you enjoyed this weird peom!!
Thank you so much! Goodbye for now! 👋
Hello Again!!:) So for my language arts class we are suppose to do a novel requirment for a book of our choice every week and I chose “THE SEA OF MONSTERS”……… So get your seat belts on and let’s roll!…….😁
Hope you enjoy the book review!!
Author: Rick Riordan
Genre: Fantasy Literature, Young adult fiction, Greek mythology.
“The sea of Monsters” by Rick Riordan is the second book in the “Percy Jackson and the Olympians” series. In this book, Percy takes on a quest to save his beloved camp half blood. This book is a tale of good vs Evil as seen from the point of view of Percy. He must not only fight for the camp but the lives of those around him that he cares about. This combines the current world with the world of the Greek mythological gods such as Zeus and Poseidon.
Camp half blood where Percy goes during the summer to get trained to become a hero.
Percy Jackson is seen nearing the end of his seventh grade year and although excited about being done with the school, and going to camp half blood for the summer, Percy is concerned about a dream he has regarding his friend Grover. Percy is not sure what the dream really means but ultimately decides he has to focus on school. When Percy arrives at school he and his friend, Tyson tells Percy that the boys that they began to develop into large monsters and attack Percy.Tyson comes to Percy’s rescue and soon Percy’s friend Annabeth also arrives to help and destroys the monster. Percy, Annabeth, and Tyson leave to go to Camp half blood immediately. When they arrive Percy finds someone has poisoned the magical tree that was created out of Thalia, Zeus’ daughter , was injured. Thalia’s tree protects camp half- blood but since it is weakened the campers are under constant attack from various monsters. When Percy arrives at camp he looks for Tyson and realizes he is a cyclops and he is son of Poseidon making Tyson Percy’s half- brother.
Good vs Evil is the main focus of the story Percy is the main protagonist in the story and the books point of view comes from the character. His thoughts and emotions are seen. While Percy is young and his flaws it is clear how most heroes should be like. Percy is willing to put himself in danger in order to help the camp and his friends. Although, he is willing to fight with everything he has Percy also shows that he is willing to go without the praise and glory that goes being a hero.
“A magical force called the mist obscures the true appearance of monsters and gods from their vision, so mortals tend to see only what they can understand.”
“As it passed the middle of the hill, where the invisible boundary line should’ve kept it out, it slowed down a little, as if it were struggling against a strong wind; but then it broke through and kept coming”
This book is so popular and well written! If you haven’t read it (Which I’m hoping you did because this book is amazing!) please, grab a copy quickly, you won’t regret it!\
P.S: By the way, this is a series 🙂

After all, she has returned to her family and her long time friend, Gale. Yet nothing is the way Katniss wishes it to be. Gale holds her at an icy distance. Peeta has turned his back on her completely. And there are whispers of a rebellion against the Capitol – a rebellion that Katniss and Peeta may have helped create.
Much to her shock, Katniss has fueled an unrest she’s afraid she cannot stop. And what scares her even more is that she’s not entirely convinced she should try. As time draws near for Katniss and Peeta to visit the district on the Capitol’s cruel Victory Tour, the stakes are higher then ever if they can’t prove, without a shadow of a doubt, that they are lost in their love for each other the consequences will be horrifying.
A perfect snippet for you new readers, plus there’s no spoilers! 🙂
This book is so unbelievably awesome. This book teaches you about being fearless and to stand up for what’s right. This book also teaches you that sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself to things that you believe in even though it will hurt you or people who love you will get hurt. Books like this will never be forgotten because its that special.
Good bye👋 🙂
In my Language Arts class, we are required to read a total of five books (one book each nine weeks) and do a book report, a book review in our blogs, a PowerPoint presentation, and a book review on YouTube. I choose a book review in my blog! I originally wanted to do a review on YouTube but I figured that a book review in my blog will be much more convenient than a YouTube video.
The book that I will be reviewing today is The Fault in Our Stars by John Green, this is a very well known book and this book was also made in to a movie. It is one of John Green’s best selling books, others are Paper Towns, An Abundance of Katherines Looking for Alaska, Let it Snow and many more.
The thing about this book is that it is a real tear jerker so get you tissues ready, and also get ready for the emotional rollercoaster that this book will give you. Lots of feels so buckle up an enjoy the ride, if you ever decide to read this book.
On to the review!

- Something really big happened in the book and I really don’t want to spoil it for you, but I have to list it here so if you don’t want to read it then skip this next sentence. Augustus dies because the doctors were unable to cure his Osteosarcoma (a type of cancer).
Story Conclusion: Warning!! Spoilers!!
When Hazel and Augustus returns to the United States, Augustus’s health worsens. Augustus ends up in the ICU for a few days. Augustus fears for his death so he invited Hazel and his bestfriend Issac to his pre-funeral where they give eulogies. Peter Van Houten flies to Indianapolis to attend Augustus’s funeral because he felt bad about being rude to them when they visited him in Amsterdam. Hazel finds out that Augustus wrote her a sequel for her favorite book, he wrote that you get to choose the people that get to hurt you, he says that he is happy of his choice and the book ends with Hazel saying that she’s happy with her choice too.

Hope you like it, until then……Goodbye:)
In the summer of 1960s, Julia and her family started to face many dangers and problems. They faced one challenging problem when the secret police waited outside the driveway in black Volkswagens. Julia’s family were terrified but at that time Julia had no clue as of what was going on. All she wanted was to have a free summer. Until everything started to unravel for Julia and she understood the things that were happening. One day her mother told her that they were moving to the United States which she did not approve of. Her parents had no time what so ever for any contradictions. They quickly aboarded to the plane but they did face some issues in the airport but at last everything was well. They were welcomed to the United States.
Sooo, hello again we were assigned to take two vocabulary that were used in the Memoir “My First Free Summer” by Julia Alverez and use them to write a paragraph about Julia and the challenges she was facing in the summer of 1960s.
see you next time…. bye:)
I cherish a lot of things but most importantly friends and family. Friends are just always there when you need them and you can trust them. You can tell them your secrets and have fun, they will always support you.I cherish my family because well there my family and they support me through everything. Family and Friends are just the one thing that every needs. They are definately what I cherish.
I cherish Friends for a lot of reasons which are that they are always supportive , they never deny to help you, you will always make friends no matter how young or old you are . I honestly have a great friends. They are always there when I need them and they have always understood me. Friends are just loyal and they do the best things for me. These are the reasons why I cherish Friends.
I cherish my family because they are the one thing that everyone has and they will always do the best things that are appropriate for me. My parents and my siblings or if it is just my grandparents or uncles, no matter how they relate me they have always done something good for me. For example: my parents make sure I get education and they taught me to always do the right thing, respect and always help others. Friends and family are just great and I also cherish them for one more reason, because of the fact that your family members can also be your friends and your friends can also be your family. They don’t just have to be blood related to be like your family.
